Direction for use:
Add salt, tamarind, curry leaves, jaggery, asafoetida, coriander leaves to boiled vegetables according to taste. Add our Sambar Powder to the cooked Toor-daal and boil. (Alternatively, a mixture of ground grated coconut and Parijatha Sambar Powder can be used) Tampered with mustard seeds.
100 gms of Sambar Powder is sufficient to prepare 3 liters of Sambar. Add green chilies to make it extra spicy, but do not add extra Sambar powder. Serve Hot.
