Abhiruchi Chicken Ghee Roast Powder – Recipe
> Chicken Pieces (Medium Size) 700 gms
> Ghee – 100 gms
> Butter – 100 gms
> Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 Tablespoon
> Lemon – 1
> Coriander Leaves (Chopped) – 12 gms
> Abhiruchi Chicken Ghee Roast Powder
>Clean 700 gms chicken pieces, Put 100 gms Chicken Ghee Roast Powder and squeeze one full Lemon Juice to it and mix well. Marinate it for 2 hrs.
> Now take a frying pan, put 50 gms ghee and also marinated chicken pieces, cook in low flame.
> Now add ghee and butter little by little and keep on stirring it up till gravy becomes thick.
> Add coriander leaves, turn off the flame
Now Abhiruchi Chicken Ghee Roast is ready to serve
