Red Chilli, Coriander, Jeera, Pepper, Fenugreek, Turmeric, Salt & Natural Spices
How to Prepare:
Mix 500g chicken along with ½ bowl curd, ½ small lemon juice and ½ teaspoon turmeric – mix and keep it for 10 minutes. In a vessel take 50g ghee, ½ onion paste, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste fry it for 5 minutes then add ½ teaspoon jaggery along with above marinated chicken fry it for 5 minutes. Add 30g CHANDU GHEE ROAST POWDER fry 10 to 15 minutes. Now tasty spicy Chandu Ghee Roast is ready.
This powder is also used for panner, mashroom and fish ghee roast.
Note : Do not add chilli & salt
