Chandu Kundapura Biriyani Masala

How to Prepare:
Add one packet of Chandu Chicken/Mutton Biriyani Masala Powder to 500g of broiler Chicken or Mutton and mix it thoroughly. Take a vessel or cooker heat 25g of oil add chopped onion, 25g ginger & garlic paste, & palav leaves add chicken mixed with masala. Fry it for 5 minutes and add one glass of water to cook, to the cooked chicken or mutton and 500g of cleaned rice and cook it with required water in a cooker or vessel. Now Chandu Biryani is ready to serve.
