Abhiruchi Chicken Sukka Masala – Recipe
> Cleaned CHicken – 1.5 kg
> Coconut – 1
> Onion – 5
> Ghee/Oil – 100 gms
> Galic – 1
>Tamarind(A lemon size)
> Curry Leaves
> Coriander Leaves
> Lemon – 1
> Abhiruchi Chicken Sukka Masala
> Boil 100 gms of Ghee/Oil in a pan
> Add Chopped Onion and Garlic, fry it until the color changes to golden brown.
> Then add cleaned Chicken Pieces along with 8-9 tbs of Chicken Sukka Masala, curry leaves, and tamarind juice.
> Boil it under a low flame
> In another pan fry the grounded Coconut until it changes its color to golden brown.
> When the chicken is cooked(Should remove traces of water) add fried coconut with coriander leaves, stir and boil for sometime.
Now Chicken Sukka Masala is ready to serve
