Abhiruchi Butter Chicken Masala – Recipe
Ingredients:
> Chicken Pieces – 700 gsm
> Onion – 3
> Tomato -3
> Ginger Garlic Paste – 1.5 Tablespoon
> Thick Curd/ Cream – 1 Cup
> Butter – 3 Tablespoon
> Ghee – 4 Tablespoon
> Coriander Leaves – 12 gms
> Abhiruchi Butter Chicken Masala – 100gms
Method:
> Take 4 Tablespoon Ghee and heat it
> Add chopped Onion fry till it changes color to golden brown.
> Add Butter Chicken Masala and stir it for a while.
> Add chopped Tomato, Ginger Garlic Paste, and Curd/Cream Stir and cook in low flame till the chicken is fully cooked
> Now add Butter and chopped coriander leaves.
Now Butter Chicken Masala is ready to serve
