Abhiruchi Fish Fry Masala – Recipe
Ingredients:(For All Fishes)
- Fish – 700gms
- Coconut oil
- Vinegar
- Ginger Garlic paste
- Curry leaves
Method:
Take 700 gms of fish of your choice, add little vinegar, 7-8 tsp of Abhiruchi Fish Fry Masala, 1 tsp coconut oil mix well to form a paste. Apply the paste to the fish & leave it for about 10 min. After 10 min, fry the fish in oil (Apply Rava if needed). Now Abhiruchi Fish Fry is ready to serve.
Note: Add Salt & Chilly Powder if needed.
